GUIDELINES FOR HUNTING
HUNTING GUIDELINES FOR DEER AND TURKEY
- Hunters will be under the guidance of Ranch Manager, Ernie Kaiser.
- A kill is considered valid when blood/hair is drawn by any means. •
- If the hunt is to be canceled by hunter, the booking fee will be non-refundable. •
- A Release of Liability and Agreement to Guidelines will be signed on day of arrival •
- Tips are appreciated. •
- Up to $500.00 may be assessed upon inspection of lodge after the hunt to pay for any property damage. •
- Guides available. •
- If a hunter chooses to not use a guide and an immature deer is killed (2.5) or younger a fine of $1,500 will be paid by the hunter.
- If a 3.5 year old buck is killed a $500 fine will be paid by the hunter.
- Texas Hunting License required with turkey tag if hunting turkey fall or spring.
- Unwanted meat will be donated to charity. •
- All deer tagged with MLD permits. •
- BYOB. LHR does not provide alcohol. Clients and guests are responsible for consequences of alcohol consumption. •
- I give my permission to use a photo of me to be published on the web-site /Facebook pages for LHR Adventures LLC and/or the LeGrand Headwaters Ranch. Please fill in form upon arrival.
- Upon arrival the Release of Liability, Agreement to Guideline and Permission to use photographs of you will be given to you to sign. You will need a valid Drivers License and your Hunting License number.
In consideration of LeGrand Headwaters Ranch and LHR Adventures LLC allowing me to enter and hunt on property owned by Landowner/owners, and of guide assisting me in the hunt, I acknowledge and agree to the Hunting Guidelines above by submitting this form and will sign this agreement on day of arrival:
